Owners Josh and Ashley Jared started this business in the heart of the Fox Valley, Appleton, WI in 2017.
We constructed a fence at our own home with our family and closest friends helping. My wife, Ashley, posted pictures of our completed fence on her Facebook page and it peeked the interest from many others wanting a fence just like ours. Within a few short weeks, we had our very first customer in Oshkosh. She was extremely happy with the finished product and the affordability that we provided. Simply by word of mouth, we had built twelve more custom fences within eleven weeks; while still holding full-time jobs. My wife convinced me at this point, to turn the short-lived hobby, into a full-time business. I decided to give it a shot. Over the winter of 2017-2018, Fox Valley Fencing became a limited liability company and a fully-insured business. I, Josh Jared, passed all credentialing required to become a licensed general contractor. Ashley started to network on social media and spread the word by sharing pictures of the fences completed in 2017. With that, along with many referrals, excellent reviews and many likes and shares on social media, is how Fox Valley Fencing LLC became a business.
